You’ve found a plan that fits your family’s needs, but you have some ideas of your own to really make the plan Your Home. Make sure to meet with one of our Preferred Lenders, or your own Lender, to determine your Pre-Qualification Amount. Once you have obtained that, please call our office and ask to schedule an appointment with one of our Sales Consultants.
They will sit down with you and discuss your needs for your next home. At this time, your Sales Consultant will detail out any items that you want changed within our Base Plan(s) you found here on our website. Following your meeting with your Sales Consultant, they will be obtaining pricing on any of the changes discussed. Some items may require a bit more time to price out accurately, and your Sales Consultant will keep you informed of these time frames.
After all the pricing is gathered, your Sales Consultant will coordinate a time to review these changes & options. During this meeting, you will be able to decide which options and changes you are wanting to implement to your home. At this time, you can choose to move forward with building your home, and we can start your Pre-Construction Process!
