Purchasing Estimator Assistant

Red Door Homes is seeking a Purchasing/Estimator Assistant with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in residential construction.  Responsible for material take offs, establishing budgets, estimating and data entry.  Experience with estimating and purchasing software such as WMS, Timberline, Sage or compatible a plus.

Excellent communications skills, professional image, high integrity in principles and morals, team oriented, good time management skills working with deadlines, and the ability to adapt and overcome setbacks is desired.  Skills to manage and continue to develop a computerized purchase order system while being very detail oriented is a plus.  Past experience in interfacing with Sales and Production team personnel is desired.

Pay:

$40,000-65,000/year DOE

FSA, Retirement Match, Holiday/Sick/Vacation time, Aggressive Bonus Structure.

Superstar salesperson only - ($75,000 to $150,000+ First Year) (Base salary + Commissions)

You must have a burning desire to succeed, be extremely client oriented, highly motivated and competitive. You must develop deep and meaningful rapport with your clients, and be able to listen and communicate with piercing persuasiveness. You must be the type of person that succeeds at almost everything you do, and you and your resume must prove it to get the job.

New Home sales position for established, successful entry level and move up home builder.  Requires working weekends. Don’t apply unless you fit the bill. Previous home sales experience not required. We don’t hire backgrounds, we hire top producers and train them how to be even better.
